Thanks to our collaboration with FDV Consulting, the Calella City Council tasked us with auditing several restaurant-related points of sale in the city. Through individualized reports, we identified specific deficiencies and opportunities for each establishment, providing detailed analyses that will facilitate the implementation of significant improvements in their operations.
