Yatai Market is a restaurant group based in Madrid, with three locations in Madrid and two in Barcelona. As Interim COO for Yatai Market Barcelona, I established the entire corporate structure from the ground up and supervised daily operations. My primary goal was to ensure the restaurant ran efficiently and profitably, aiming for long-term success.
