Cacho, located in Poblenou, Barcelona, opened its doors in March 2020. We collaborated on creating a business plan for its first year of operation, including financial projections to calculate the return on investment (ROI). Subsequently, we supported the development of protocols and manuals to establish a solid administrative and financial structure.
