Foodis is a healthy and flexitarian restaurant in Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona. We managed the project from start to finish, which included evaluating and designing the space, acquiring equipment, hiring and training staff, developing the F&B proposal with a focus on profitability, managing licenses and permits, and conducting pre-opening tests.
