Through our assignment from FDV Consulting, we provided consulting support by conducting a comprehensive internal audit of the group's five sales outlets, covering both administrative and operational aspects. Subsequently, in collaboration with FDV Consulting, we assumed the role of Interim Management for several months, leading the transition and renewal process until the arrival of the new managers.
