Clubhaus was an innovative fine-casual establishment in Barcelona with a capacity of over 400 people, featuring three distinct spaces: a restaurant, a signature cocktail bar, and a club. We contributed to the entire process, from the business plan to sales strategy, finance, recruitment, and procurement management. Additionally, we established key business partnerships and secured financial backing through successful bank negotiations.
