Gaia, located on Tuset street in Barcelona, is an innovative Mediterranean cuisine and cocktail restaurant. It was developed as a turnkey project, encompassing initial planning and design, equipment acquisition, creation of a supplier network, agreements with spirit and beer brands, staff hiring and training, and comprehensive pre-opening tests.
